CARRÉ DE CAFÉ ® comes in Dark (3 origins, Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia) or Milk, and is available in 50g bar, 1 kg sheet of cover for professionals, and “napolitans” (5g squares to be served with coffee cups and espressos).
CARRÉ DE CAFÉ ® Dark Brazil, has roasted, praline and even grilled notes. But it’s mellow and deep. The Milk version has additional soft, smooth and slightly caramelised notes like a cappuccino.
CARRÉ DE CAFÉ ® Dark Ethiopian Mocha, is sweet and sour, fruity and flowery at the same time and leaves a beautiful sensation of finesse and nobility.
CARRÉ DE CAFÉ ® Dark Organic Colombia Tolima, has a much more natural and groundy taste with beautiful notes of liquorice and rainforest.
This product has the properties and virtues of traditional hot coffee. It is antioxidant and very stimulant.
